Complaints

Should you wish to place a complaint about the condition or safety provisions of one of our properties please contact Andrew Taylor directly, this includes any complaint you may have regarding the conduct of any employee or third party tradesman attending your home.

If you remain unhappy with any part of the response we have given to you complaint, we ask that you notify us in writing outlining where we have failed you, and allow us 15 days from receipt of the written complaint to action upon all issues raised. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise your complaint with DASH Services who provide our accreditation as landlords with Northampton Borough Council:

When you have raised a complaint with DASH they will write to us as landlords requesting our property file and our version of the events. A case officer will then undertake a formal review of your complaint largely based on the documents from both sides.
